Coriole Estate, Nero, McLaren Vale, Australia V, Vg
100% Nero d'Avola
Coriole produces a fruit-forward, early drinking style. Abundant aromas of ripe, red cherries, sage flower and berry bramble. The alluring colour is reminiscent of cherry and juicy red berries. A wonderfully fruit-forward, easy-drinking wine with a velvety, round palate; fine, supple tannins and a delicate, lingering finish.

De Bortoli, Regional Reserve Pinot Noir, Victoria, Australia
100% Pinot Noir
Medium red with brightness. Expressive Pinot, classic strawberry and red cherry, perfumed. Soft, plump, textural, spice, gentle acidity. Try with a braised rib eye steak!

Trentham Estate Shiraz, Murray Darling, Australia V, Vg
100% Shiraz
Dark vibrant red in colour with lifted aromas of black cherry and chocolate. On the palate concentrated dark fruit flavours are complimented by subtle oak characters of mocha and spice. Full bodied and well-structured with firm ripe tannins providing balance and length. Perfect with grilled red meat, slow cooked lamb shoulder, rich saucy casserole.

100% Shiraz
An approachable Aussie Shiraz from the high-altitude vineyards of the Oatley family. Rolleston Vale Shiraz is packed with rich dark berry fruit and a hint of spice on the finish. The fresh style makes it highly versatile.
Perfect with spicy dishes, like Mexican Fajitas or Cajun Chicken.

Durif / Viognier blend
On the nose, plums, blueberries with violets and liquorice, underpinned by the well-integrated chocolate oak. A rich and flavoursome wine displaying plum, black cherry and liquorice. Fine chewy tannins, complemented by the chocolate oak making it a generous and complete wine.
Try with grilled rib eye steak & crispy garlic potatoes or after a meal with vintage cheddar cheese.

River Retreat Pinot Noir, Murray Darling, Australia – V, Vg
100% Pinot Noir
Aged with select French oak before blending and bottling Medium ruby red in colour with flavours and aromas of strawberry and light spice. Soft and savoury with balance and length. Perfect with pizza, pasta and gamey meats.
