Refunds & Cancellation
If you have subscribed by Direct Debit and wish to cancel before your next payment is taken, please contact customer services by calling 0203 198 1359 or by emailing email@example.com before the payment is taken. Your payment schedule will be outlined in the letter sent to you on sign-up. You can also log in to your account to find your next payment date. Refunds are not provided for payments already taken.
If you choose to cancel your subscription, your subscription will lapse once you have received all issues you have paid for.
Please note that where a gift has been sent, we have set a minimum period – usually 12 issues – before a subscription can be cancelled. Details of this will be shown on the promotion.
