Miopasso Nero d'Avola is made using the passito method where around a quarter of the grapes are dried in the sun to add an additional layer of complexity to this rich full bodied red.

Deep, purple/red with an incredibly intense nose featuring black pepper and spices. The palate offers layers and layers of fruit with bursts of dark berry fruit, offering excellent balance and complexity, with a soft, long finish.

Perfect with meaty pastas, red meats, aged cheese.
