The striking lion cartoon cradling the Ashes urn is flanked by all the famous names of The Cricketer who have edited the magazine since it was founded by Pelham Warner in 1921. Other famous names include E.W. Swanton, Christopher Martin-Jenkins and current editor Simon Hughes.
