The intriguing nose keeps you going back for further exploration; white nectarine, butter-poached fruit, baked apple, fresh cut hay and lemon curd. The palate is beautifully balanced with great natural acidity, a soft, creamy texture and an array of citrus and stone fruit characters.

It beams with delicate, zesty, lemon and lime-fruit plus fine perfumes and flavours of fresh cut lemongrass and white flowers. A taut, wonderfully crisp style with citrus-zing energy and notable length, all the hallmarks of this classic Hunter white. Perfect with light and delicate fish dishes, prawns and freshly shucked oysters.

Classic dry white. Light straw green with sweet peach and grilled citrus aromas complementing the soft, spicy oak on the nose. Rolleston Vales Chardonnay is very much fruit driven with bags of peachy & tropical tones, there's oak there, but its subtle notes of butterscotch integrate beautifully allowing them to complement not dominate the wine.
Perfect with white meat dishes, try with a grilled chicken salad.

Gewurztraminer/ Riesling blend.
Rose petal aromas with a hint of spice and fresh citrus. The palate is sweet, with rosewater Traminer characters complemented by the Riesling adding a citrus freshness.
