Baccolo is a tribute to the ancient wine divinity (Bacco). Perfect blends of indigenous and noble varietals to obtain complex and fruit-driven wines and to protect the viticulture biodiversity.

Medium bodied red wine with spicy dark red cherries and soft vanilla oak. Nice plum, cherry and blueberry aromas and flavours. Touches of savoury herbs and liquorice in the finish. The texture is very soft and smooth, making this very easy drinking.

Perfect with roasts, wild game, mature cheeses, pasta with meatballs, pizza.

All wine orders will be delivered by courier, using a 'Fragile' service. As all orders will be satisfied by a third party, please allow 3 working days for delivery.

If there are issues with stock, we will communicate this to you so that you can make a decision whether to either: change the item; wait for it to come in; or have a refund.
