Dense ruby-red colour with a touch of violet and brick-coloured nuances. Intensive and long lasting aroma of red stone fruits (sour cherry), smoke, dark chocolate and vanilla. Intense taste of red fruits (cherry and raspberry) and plum. Very good length and aftertaste with aromas of smoke and vanilla.

Perfect with salmon, duck, BBQ, roasted meat and cheese.
